I have just been upside and there is a feeling of jubilation and somewhat relief mixed up in the air and I think it has something to do with the comeback of JODI FitZ; – this New Yorker who is a music virtuoso had been missing on the musical radar for some time now but he is back and raring to go! Back to his new jam; “Love Me” is an ear candy and very infectious and features a guest appearance from the equally talented singer DMVTONE.  While you can accuse JODI FitZ of many things, lack of a singing voice is not something you can!

JODI FitZ possesses that kind of unique voice that is very raw, sweet-sounding, and crisp and it really gets you by surprise in a good and welcoming way. The guitar intro is very charming and a welcome sound to the listener’s ear and heart before the other melodies align themselves together to genre-bending impact!

You really cannot pin down “Love Me” to one restrictive genre; it is a mash-up of the sweet reggae sound, the danceable afrobeat and the colorful hip hop sound for one extremely fine sound that you can groove to all night long without experiencing boredom. The melodious singing by JODI FitZ over the addicting instrumentation is what gives “Love Me” its catchiness that will remain with you even when you are not listening to it.

“Love Me” is most certainly going to generate buzz and receive a massive amount of airplay and positive reviews owing to its effortlessly likable attributes!
