RXCO NATAL, a central Swiss-based hip-hop artist, was born in Durban, South Africa. His love of music is not something he developed overnight. It is something he has carried with him ever since he was a young lad listening to some of his favorite emcees back in the day. One could assume he had a penchant for artists like 2 Pac, Biggie, Snoop, Dr. Dre, A Tribe Called Quest, and so on. When opportunity presented itself, he of course jumped at it with open arms, and that is why we are talking about a rapidly emerging artist with his whole future ahead of him!
So far, RXCO NATAL has over 4.5K Spotify monthly listeners with the tremendous stream numbers that his tracks have managed to pull so far, you have This gives insight into why RXCO is in a league of his own.
“GOD’S WILL” is the project to elevate NATAL to international acclaim. A project that has been rooted in the traditionalism of the hip-hop and rap genres, everything you’d want in a hip-hop record is right here!
To get a listener acquainted with who he is, his roots, and/or heritage, RXCO NATAL gets us off with a conversational autobiographical “INTRO” from where the album flows; with each track meticulously transitioning into the next without the album losing its original shape!
For those who appreciate even the slightest old-school vibe reminiscent of the music they grew up with, the track “DIE YOUNG” will surely be a delight. A track that undoubtedly tickles any golden age lover’s fantasy thanks to its soulful, stripped-back, and equally hypnotic nature.
This masterpiece has such a vibe, and RXCO NATAL transports the listener into a world of his creation with the intimate and thoughtful lyricism that seems to come from a genuine place that breeds a set of honest lyrics. This track serves as an open diary of RXCO’s life, with the innovative addition of Luther Gram’s “If Loving You Is Wrong” anime intro and its integration throughout the track, creating a truly priceless feeling.
“LET US GO” features a vintage sound that both Gen X and Millennials can relate to, followed by an influx of deep-phased beats. Armed to the teeth, RXCO is quick to unleash his inimitable fierce side with a performance that exudes a Kanye West-esque defiance and uncompromising attitude.
“LET US GO” is one of the most direct and hard-hitting tracks from the entire collection. I love what they did with those backing choral-like vocals. Really adds to the depth and crystal-clear polish of this outstanding body of work. After the addicting performance, you’ll be left saying, “let my people go…!”
“WAY I GET IT” is another track that I couldn’t get enough of…not only is it haunting, but RXCO featured one of my all-time favorite rappers, Maybach boss Rick Ross himself, who, as you would expect, ate it up and left no crumbs.
RXCO demonstrates his lyrical dominance with a thought-provoking delivery that leaves listeners eager for more!
“ROCKIN WIT” is another bona fide standout featuring Dizzy Wright and one of my favorites from the album. These beats really slap, especially in the car speakers, they are the tweeter-tearing kind that make your heart beat to the rhythm. The gentlemen make a marvelous mess of it that is best enjoyed with the track on loop!
“GOD’S WILL” is meant to connect with the listener on a deeply personal level, allowing them to develop their own personal connections with the lyrics, and that is what makes it super special.
