Her mini-documentary, The Story Behind the Song: Desnudos, which premiered on July 23, explains why that identity matters.
Created to accompany her 2025 single “Desnudos,” the film opens a door onto the experiences that led her to write the song. Recording mechanics stay in the background. The emotional life behind the music takes priority. For LOSHE, songs begin with lived moments, private wounds, and feelings that can be difficult to name. Music gives those experiences a shape that other people can enter.
“I consider myself a storyteller,” LOSHE says in the documentary. “The stories I compose in the form of songs visit many of the common places we all go through, like pain, joy and sadness.” That belief has become central to her songwriting. After listeners began sending messages about how deeply they identified with “Desnudos,” she recognized that the feelings behind the song were widely shared. The response affirmed one of the documentary’s clearest ideas: people break down, and there should be room to admit when we are not okay.

Hope still guides the documentary’s closing message. Reflecting on one of the song’s final lyrics, LOSHE explains that some wounds may continue to bleed, but there are moments when people need to love. For her, love can help someone move through darkness and find the courage to begin again.
