The show is on and Seattle-based vocalist and songwriter M-Ritz has been giving the euphoric audience show-stopping performances as she continues to stamp her authority as a top emerging female pop star. Her journey from childhood all the way to music and history school has culminated in this pure moment of bliss as she settles on music as her definitive career. She gathered a plethora of musical influences growing up and as a result, her own music mirrors a certain level of fanciful eclectic grandeur that is splendid, to say the least. The title track, “By Now (When Will This End)” is emotional and touching. The performance in this gives an ode to a live orchestrated opera performance with the laid-back melodicism that is poignant and is in perfect service to the sad theme expressed in the lyrics. The charming guitar intro gets me every time and I honestly can’t get enough of it. The ways she sings to the stars and they twinkle dazzlingly in appreciation with her voice that is so soft like summer rain is near-mystical!

This tune feels heavenly and the way her pure and raw vocals are allowed to shine is the epitome of genuine artistry. She is a superstar and superstardom is where she is primed to be with performances like these, it is clear that she is a force to be reckoned with.
